Louise's Banana Pudding

Ingredients

 2 large packages vanilla pudding, never instant

 1 box Nilla vanilla wafers - do not substitute

 4 bananas sliced

Instructions

Prepare pudding as directed on package

Slice bananas

Use a deep bowl and spoon pudding to cover the flat bottom

Layer one whole layer of vanilla wafers

Place a banana on top of each cookie

Spoon pudding over the entire layer

Repeat until bowl is full

Leave the top layer of pudding free for meringue or cool whip or whipped cream

Cover with plastic wrap to prevent a thickening of the pudding layer
